                    We strongly recommend 
                      that Officers contact our office prior to completing the application form, our insurance representatives  are authorised to compare and advise on this form of cover allowing you to make  an informed decision. 
                    After completing the application form, email or post it to our  office along with your overseas inventories and payment. A receipts will be returned immediately in acknowledgement by way of email which can then be forwarded to claim your reimbursement.
                    Medical and Emergency Repatriation Expenses
                    Our World Wide Iinsurance policy now includes a new section which  covers Medical and Emergency Repatriation Expenses  whilst on  non-work or leisure related travels.
                        
                      This new extension means you will now be able to freely  holiday around the world and all the important components of a travel insurance  policy will be covered. 
  
                      Specifically Personal effects, Liability, Medical and  Repatriation Expenses will all be covered at no additional cost.
                    Claims
                    All claims are process and settled by our office. We require a completed claim form (either completed electronically or printed and scanned), together with a repair quotation or a repairer’s report for damaged items. 
                    Claims may be submitted via email. 
                    All monies will be deposited 
                      to your Australian bank account, with a copy of our correspondence 
                      to your bank.
                    Renewals
                    An expiry notice will be forwarded by way of email to the 
                      Insured one month prior to expiry date. You will be able to pay through our secure online website, and a receipt will be emailed immediately which you may submit to your post administration for reimbursement.
